About the Artist

Each one of my paintings is a little piece of my heart. Some are parts of my dreams, and others are characters living in the same universe I created. I draw from nature and mysticism. I love patterns and playing with colors. Sometimes, when I am starting a new piece, the character comes fast; other times, it develops and surprises me.

 My name is Elizabeth Buenrostro, and I am an avid painter, collector of old things, and lover of sweet treats. My artistic endeavors reflect a blend of nostalgia, imagination, and a love for storytelling through visual art.
