This print is from a painting that I made in 2022. The original was painted with acrylics on canvas. It is part of another painting. It is a character within the world, that exists in all my paintings. The two paintings are based on the idea of the masculine and feminine in all of us. I painted the feminine/female sandhill crane under the sun-considered masculine and I painted the masculine/male sandhill crane under the moon-considered feminine. I draw inspiration from my dreams, nature and mysticism when creating a painting.
